Duane worked for the State of Michigan for 26 years and has been a resident of Eaton Rapids since 1968. He was the Manager of Main Street Realtors and a graduate of the Realtors Institute of Michigan program. In 1995 Duane and his son Brian opened Ross & Associates Realtors business in Eaton Rapids.
